Alexandru Antik

Alexandru Antik is an artist, well-known for his experimental activity in the field of actionism and video installation. His artistic practice follows a conceptual approach of art starting from the 1970s, demystifying the role of the artistic object and of its author. Many of his works had an ephemeral life span – actions, performances, installations that haven’t been documented in a proper manner at the moment of conception.
